Did realize it had been down that long. Hopefully HipStamp can provide us an update on this thread as to when they expect the problem to be fixed. It is costing everyone money.
My listing are finally showing again. However, it looks like they restored the database from one or two days ago. I listed several items yesterday that are not showing up.
I'm experiencing the same problem. Made 25-30 new listings only to find there is no record of them under "My Listings". Will these be lost or will the database reconcile them when it's up and running properly?
Things are coming back, but slowly. My store is still a disaster, as are most others, I'm sure. I'll check back in an hour. Hopefully everybody has the ability to check your listings against inventory without too much difficulty! I plan to export my store and check against my database to ensure everything that should be back is back, and things aren't in the store that shouldn't be.
It is all coming back now .. great ! Although i am new i guess Hip is ag reat platform there are many listings and people are active like now, here. I know other selling platforms wheere no one would be much interested if the website went down. So i guess i made the right choose when i decided to come here.
