So some time ago I mentioned that with HipStamp ID#3,000,000 approaching, HS might do a sort of fun contest with a prize (an imaginary gold cigar?) going to the seller who posted #3,000,000. Now we're within striking distance of 4,000,000, and I modestly put forward a similar proposal.

I believe you mean 40,000,000 listings, not just 4,000,000.
