Personally anything made in America or Germany I'd recommend quality over quality! There is also DIY options can be way cheaper more for your bucks! Unless I misinterpreted the question!
I have used the White Ace stamp pages for more than 35 years.... print my own pages and have a very personalized US collection. I've also had the other's ( Harris etc.) Many good systems out there. It is getting difficult as White Ace is in retreat.
I don't have many, but when I get them in collections, I store them in a full sheet book, which is essentially stamp page size, and made from the same material as glassines. So it's kind of a big glassine pocket. I'm not in front of it right now, I'll try to get a name off it.
No. Prinz (I love them) make single sheet black page, but for full sheet stamps, these don't always fit. There are other makers too, but I use only Prinz.
