Cancelled items on invoice

So i sell 30+ stamps and the buyer pays for them, they then send a message stating they would like 12 of them cancelled and refunded the difference, so if i refund them the funds i still get charged for the sales by hipstamps or is there a way around this because i cant find anything relating to refunds or cancelling each item

Just read no partial rebate of fees if you decided to send purchaser a rebate for purchased stamps and postage

Go where your orders are listed, RH column, last item: Resolutions, you can cancel one item at a time for several reasons.

This was much easier an accessible on Bidstart. Now they REALLY hide this, and make it difficult, so you do not ask for refunds.

still waiting for the rebate despite offering documentary evidence that the purchase requests cancelations were initiated by the buyer

What is this "RH column" you are referring to. I can't find it. Thanks!

'Right Hand,' I would assume.

My guess is that he means "right hand" column. (Hope that's helpful!)
