According to the Scott Catalog, these stamps were never placed on sale. Counterfeits exist. If they are real, they have values of $5.00 and $6.50

How can you tell if they are counterfeit or not?

I am by no means knowledgeable in Korean stamps, but a comparison of these two stamps with those shown on the Korea Stamp Society website makes me believe these are genuine.
