Have lost access to my members area. My store is 'enabled' and still selling but cannot fill orders

  • I have twice. Once yesterday and again this morning. The SELL, menu bar is gone. Why can't they leave alone so we can simply conduct our business. Don't they Beta test before going live or is it that the programs simply don't know what they are doing?
  • Finally figured what is happening. Everything may be OK when you last closed Hipstamp but somewhere along the way, when you again open the site the program has become too large for the screen. Using CTRL and the mouse wheel, you can make the program fit the screen and you again have the necessary entry line.
  • It is very simple to program so you do not have those problems but unfortunately today programmers do not know how to do that. Yes they also never test what the changes will do before they implement a new page.
    This started happening about 10 or so years ago and that is why I call the IT idiots.
