2 questions: Pakistan and Russia
I drove myself bonkers (more than usual, that is) trying to find this stamp in Scott. Is it South Russia? Is it a Wrangel issue? Western Volunteer Army? Apparently it was originally issued in 1919, with the overprint ("Unity and freedom") dating from 1920. 
2nd question: Have Pakistan nos. 132-138 been renumbered? For example, I see most other listings of the 10p brown as 134a rather than 134. My SC does not recognize a variant for this stamp, although it does for 132 (132 = Type II; 132a = Type I).
