Mark, The leters/numbers of yours to check the humans do NOT work!!! I did it several time correctly and was rejected. It is not clear if they are case sensitive, but I tired both. Very annoying!!! I have a question to a seller of high value stamp and cannot ask him. Your are losing the business!.

Just click on the "Question" tab on the item listing itself, and you'll be able to send your question directly to the Seller. Also, unless you make a request to the seller to pay by check, AND the seller approves your request, you have to use PayPal as your payment method. Reading the terms and conditions of the site before conducting transactions saves lots of aggravation later on.
Paypal actually has a restriction policy for investments. So if you are using paypal you need preapproval from paypal to purchase a stamp for investment.
Purchase always with PayPal . No problem , and no one has ever “ asked “ about investment so not sure why that’s an issue ? I do link it with a personal account , easy, fast .
Does anybody know how I may contact a stamp dealer. I do not see any way to do it on hip stamps. I made an offer and it was rejected. I want to talk to the dealer and give him reasons why I think my offer was fair.
