Ship to United Kingdom

A customer from the United Kingdom asked me why I would not ship to the UK. I told her I did ship to the UK. She replied the I did not sip to the UK. How do I show I ship to the UK. Where do I ding the areas I do not ship to. I have been under the assumption that I ship anywhere in the world. Do do I correct this to show I will ship any where? Thanks

    You probably have your listing set to ship to "US".
    In the listing, you can list more than one area, the easiest way to do this is if you want to set 2 shipping rates (One Domestic, and one International), you just need 2 entries. After your US shipping area, add another shipping type and pick "Everywhere Else". Then set your rate for international shipping. You can get crazy granular, and pick each country individually, but that gets a bit maddening, but the site does enable it.
    You could decide for instance, to ship only to English Speaking countries, and just add those countries (just a random example), by adding individually each of those countries. You could also do North America, by just selecting the North American countries. Again, tedious, but is possible.

    Thanks Scott. I do have 2 shipping rates as you have indicated. US and everywhere else. I think I have done this correctly. I have shipped to the UK several times so am not sure why she insists that I am not set up for the UK. Is there something else that I may have missed?

    Tom, I have opened a couple of your listings and UK is not included. Neither are many other European countries, Australia, Japan or China. I no longer ship to UK because they expect you to register and collect taxes on sales made to their residents. Not worth the hassle in my opinion. Setting up shipping is tricky. I had someone from Italy ask me to set up a special rate for him that included insurance. When I did, all of my other countries other than Canada and Italy were excluded from all of my listings. I never bothered to correct it and joined many other sellers that now limit sales to many countries.
