Tania You are correct. I'd rather get 6 hours sleep and be refreshed for work than sit in front of a computer at 3 am to put a last second bid in when there exist programs to do this for me. Do I get a medal for the laziest buyer on the site. I am honoured.
Sorry, Mark, this site also has its share of pissant snarkmeisters, who feel it's their god-given mission to belittle anyone who deviates from their own Gospel of Philately. As far as I know, there is no sniping service that works with HipStamp auctions.
Currently, I have Japan, South Korea, and Trucial States listed, along with a little foray into Switzerland booklets.
But much more to list, including GB (and a little Commonwealth). Perhaps I'll shoot you a message when the GB is up? (Not to worry, it will be after the holidays, so hopefully your friends and family will be generous with the gift cards - lol!)
OK, with GB I'm mainly focussed on mint/unused pre 1920 these days. I love seahorses - shades, re-entries etc. I am also interested in rarer private telegraph companies and military telegraph stamps, mint and cancelled. So not particularly mainstream.
Welcome - and great question, too. If anyone hears of a sniping service make sure to pass the word. I'd like to be in the know as well. Simply amazing that someone would greet you that way. Well, let it pass and enjoy the site and the company here.

Care to share your secret?
Then thats good news for buyers and not so good for sellers as they will be missing my bids.

I see that you've just joined the community. I am so sorry for the rude response you received from one of the participants (who is a seller here).
So, nevertheless, welcome to HipStamp!

Cheers,
Ted (who doesn't do auctions, so I will be missing out on your business, regardless. )

Nice to know there some humans on this site. Just sniped the old fashioned way manually and won a bargain. So I am happier now!

What do you sell? I'm into GB and commonwealth telegraph, revenue and postage stamps, in that order.
