Thanks Mark

Volodymyr Zelenskiy came to mind when you said real leaders Rene.

Hi Bill, I had contact with staff about the shipping instructions and they said they weren't included because it confused the buyers. I have found that new listings will use the information from my 'default listing settings', which can be found in …

I hadn't thought about the information going out of date and not being able to edit it. Luckily these things will be easy to change with the bulk lister.

Doug, I have been contacted by Hipstamp about the shipping instructions. They have abandoned them, you no longer add shipping instructions. Apparently, it was too confusing for customers.
-
I have also stopped listing. Due to issues with transcribing the postage charges, my new listings will not allow international buyers.
-
Also missing is Shipping Instructions. That just got left out.
-
I have done this on several occasions and it is easy to do. However, when relisting, make sure to select ''Defaut - update existing listings by ID'' from the field mapping template on the first page of bulk lister. Otherwise you end up with double l…

You could download all your listings, change it in a spreadsheet and then reload. That way it wouldn't change your domestic postage. I was considering doing this but 99% of my sales here are international, being in Australia. I am considering just c…

I just got feedback from a buyer in UK, (I'm in Australia) which just said ''Post delayed". I posted it on the 19th of March, which is over 2 months ago. I reckon it went by ship. I have already refunded/replaced two orders, and two are on hold. But…

Yes, all international.
-
I have had three customers contact me this week wondering where their orders are.
-
Many sellers have asked for this over the years. Me included
-
Thanks Rod, I tried this with my adblocker and it worked. Yay
-
agree

I would like to see this, as an international seller. Australian dollars are cheaper than US, so my listings appear much more expensive on this website. In addition, I doubt that most US buyers would know the exchange rate, or could be bothered to w…

That did work. Excellent!

Hi Mark, it's when I use the list similar feature. I just tried the image again but it didn't reset this time. I think I have just worked out why it is suddenly doing this in the last month. I re-formatted my titles to contain catalogue numbers abou…

Sounds good but it doesn't really work for me. It only picks up the SG numbers in the title and ignores the scott numbers, which are first. Doesn't pick up the date at all. I usually fill them in, in order. But if I have to correct something, for e…

Also, the boxes are cleared again when I change the image.

Arun, I have had this problem a couple of times. It occured when creating a listing. I added an image to the listing, then before leaving that page, realised it was the wrong image, and then reloaded another image. Then the image only becomes visibl…

Hi Rory, that would be wmk 13, cabled anchor.

it's ok now

Hi Phil, I have found that sometimes you have to resave the file and make sure you select .csv. I have noticed that excel imports it in a different way sometimes (not a csv). My memory is a bit foggy, as I haven't done this in a while, but might b…

A 'list now'button on each listing page would speed up this very tedious process. Many have asked for it already, including myself.

I agree with you Andrew. They are little pieces of art.
-
It happens now and then but is overall a rare event.

Andrew, my three millennials all find it rather amusing that hip and stamp are joined together in one word. So unfortunately, the new name has not persuaded them that Mum's daggy obsession with stamps has suddenly become cool.
-
Hi Michael, If you are familiar with excel spreadsheets, it would be quite easy to add SG to the front of the numbers. If you would like me to elaborate, let me know.
