Is anyone experiencing a bunch of problems using the sort routine? Here is the latest one. 12 listings found. Showing results 1 to 0. List viewGrid view But there are none shown. Since I started after spotting one item, I know there should be …

On Hipstamps I must say that sellers are usually much more likely to thank you for pointing out an identification error, and to remedy it. Not so on ebay where you are either ignored or insulted (Are you a expert? Turns out I am for the areas I p…

I use Chrome too. I think the behavior of the back arrow is unpredictable. Returns more often to two or three steps back rather than the last one. Seldom returns you to the exact place on the page where you were last. It is all the extra click…

Good idea Don. This way at least it will pick up the limited ranges where the sellers had the good idea of adding SET to his/her description. But it will miss all the others. Still, wish our software could differentiate between xxx-yyy and xxx to y…

Not a cache issue Doug I think it has something to do with the size of the files, just like searches on ranges truncate the results to limit the number of outputs. BACK ARROW PROBLEM: More navigation problems: it seems the system does not recog…

It is NOT just a speed issue. It has MAJOR flaws, that forces you to reinput again and again. For example, in a search, it is not possible to just write over for the next search..you have to do it twice, or more. If returning to a page or a spot,…

As a buyer, the glitches have become so annoying that I am suspending purchases for a while, until the system works properly. Too many to list. But for better or worse, go back to your prior version. rrr....

I guess Ted, my memory is not what it used to be 10 years ago...LOL Did we discuss Cocos before...OMG!!! rrr... "Plus ca change, plus c'est la meme chose! " I guess some things will not change. And I thought the universe was not static!

There are a group of islands the Cocos islands which are part of Costa Rica. NOT a country and NO stamps have been issued as far as I know. It is inhabited. from Wiki: The entirety of Cocos Island has been designated a Costa Rican National Park sin…

Give the buyers the tool to BLOCK selected sellers from what they look at on HS. Then buyers will weed out the sellers who take buyers as idiots, with false advertising, sales that are not sales at all, or inflated shipping charges.! rrr...

hummm, ?

Actually Mark, there is a SOFTWARE BUG. It displays only the first page of closed listings. Attempting to watch more reverts back to open listings and it stops displaying the rest of the closed items.

On an other post, we discuss the responsibility of sellers to correct an erroneous listing, something that may be understandable in difficult areas and areas of non-expertise. Now the Brunei listing location on Hipstamp (in the Middle East) has me …

3 years later... the embarrassing island of Brunei has continued to drift way off course. It is scheduled to collide with Arabia any time now. rrr...

Fred, because I do have expertise in the area I am commenting about. Furthermore some errors are understandable because it is a difficult area. But the least I would expect is for the seller to take a look, especially if I remarked that he/she is…

Thank you. I have, but somehow it did not seem to be effective. Lot of "on sale" notices still getting through. Lots of them lately! rrr..

Most annoying popup. Please enhance things that need to be improved...and avoid these stupid annoying cutsie touches.

True about the cart and watch list, Michael... but I work in the following way. I put things I want in my cart. When the value of a sellers cart reaches the minimum ($10) AND the shipping cost is under 10% of the total, I will close the purchase.…

And it goes on and on...Now this is clearly a seller I would like the capability to block! and report! Every item has similar issues...here is another example: Brazil XXXX Mint No Gum As Issued Single Stamp $2.50 $0.38 Save 85% Scott 2019 listing …

Now I spot checked another item...and!!! Brazil #### Mint No Gum As Issued Single Stamp (I hid the cat numbe to preserve the identity of the seller private, although I wonder why I should) $1.80 $0.27 Save 85% Now this is listed at $0.25 for MNH …

Another search option that would make Hipstamp so much better is "Display only items with scans" Now I know some sellers display a logo when they don't scan the actual stamp, but this could be disallowed. There are many reasons why a buyer may wish…

Richard! You are HOT! Congratulations. And a well deserved reputation! rrr...

It has been clear to me for a long time that professional sellers using commercial or even their own private sites to sell one stamp at a time, are hard pressed to make any money selling the low cost stamps priced below US $0.15 ($0.25?). And whil…
