For that price you might not even get the stamp picture. Just read the fine print. All Graded stamps come with an eGrade Certificate (unfolded) with no writing on the Certificate and in a binder sheet protector. All none graded stamps pictured…

Greg what your saying is true, but the seller doesn't have a choice if they describe a grade in the title of the listing, even on those listings without an E-graded certificate. While the terms and conditions may prohibit it, the system doesn't "f…

Mail sent from PO in Bat Cave, NC to PO in Chimney Rock, NC (2.4 miles) is sent to Greenville, SC (57.2 miles) for sorting.

Glad to report the stamps arrived today without any additional postage due. Tracking was provided when heading west, but not when heading east. Also it was twice a fast going west. Strange, but everyone's happy now.

Perhaps I should have stayed out of this discussion. I apparently misunderstood the point you were making. I thought you meant that all unused stamps have no gum and that if it has original gum it is mint rather than unused. When I list stamp…

Rene, "Unused---> no cancel, no gum but appears unused" Hopefully you aren't saying "Unused" stamps have no gum.

I also learned something new. However, mine was only 45%.

Perhaps or he maybe sick, but he made the order and paid as before. So how can anyone dispute the charge over 60 days later and getaway with it. In my mind that's dishonest, but the credit card company went along with it anyway. Why?

In the past, they have changed negatives to neutral for me in such cases which still "looks bad" to anyone concerned with feedback, but is much better than the negative. Personally I don't see that it is difficult to leave feedback. Simply click o…

As the seller, your listings need to reflect your correct shipping charge. You should not be cancelling orders because the amount paid is insufficient. You are responsible for making up any deficit. You can update your charges to your current lis…

In the past when I have used this feature, it would automatically stop displaying the message that you were on vacation. I didn't need to do anything.

If the post by Foster Miller is correct and APS is only paying a 3% commission for their 300 sellers, then why are longtime HipStamp sellers which have supplied the inventory totaling over 6 million stamps for HipStamp and helped make it a dominate …

Both the help center and contact us tabs are in the blue banner near the bottom of the page. I was also able to select the stores tab to browse stores when zoom is set at 125% or less. At 150% the stores tab is missing.

Thanks for your help. I was finally able to find it. Great, quick info and only a little off from my results after tedious efforts of deleting unwanted info from the HipStamp Sales summary.
-
When I go to checkout, you are given the option to pay with PayPal or use PayPal Credit. The default is PayPal. I don't see an option asking for your checking account info. I would try to check out again and would only use one of the PayPal opti…

My header doesn't have a home.

When I click the activity heading I only see individual invoices, but nothing that says reports.
-
Bill, Please advise how you get such a summary report? I don't see that as an option with PayPal.
-
John, You can click on the of reports page after the pending goes away. It shows up ready to open before the email comes in. I refresh the reports page until the "pending" goes away. The total shipping charge is applied to each item sold. If yo…

John... I don't understand why you don't receive an Excel file when you request a Sales Summary Report. Works fine for me.
-
John you can specify the time period you need on the sales report. You select a starting month and an ending month. Once this report is generated as an Excel file, you can make necessary adjustments to make the report meaningful to you. The repor…

Cliff they are now included with your Basic store at no charge.

I don't believe the Hipvalue will have any affect on sales. If you don't have a store, they will not be shown. I would guess the majority of buyers don't have a store. Over the years I have used them as a guide in setting prices, but recognize t…

I'm surprised they don't. That is my way of keeping track of what is shipped. First I provide feedback, then I mark the order as shipped. As a side note, many buyers apparently don't pay any attention to this icon. At least weekly, I receive a m…

Wayne I think you should look in Red Box 6 to find you listed item.

Ken, the point that Michael was making above is that a $30 monthly increase for Premium stores represents more than a 10% increase in total fees paid which is more than a small increase in my opinion. I plan on staying, but others may not.

Bill it depends upon the time of the day as to how fast a new page loads. Currently it is taking 2 to 3 seconds with my 5.5MPS download speed. Later in the day it will take longer, maybe 5 or 6 seconds, but never 25 seconds for me. Probably the re…

Perhaps my approach is too simplistic, but I use a 50% cost value for everything I sell. Perhaps this is more than my actual cost in some cases, but my rational is that I have a lot of "junk" stamps that have no value and will never sell. I will …

Personally I don't like the app because it doesn't allow me to return to previous screen which is sometime useful. I don't understand how there could be a glitch in the system, when I can use it without issue. Perhaps I'm just lucky.
