I’ve had a cover dated May 9, 1908 from a former Vice President of the US, Charles Fairbanks (served under Teddy Roosevelt) hand addressed to a relative in Indianapolis. I found it in a large box of philatelic items I purchased at a flea market I Indianapolis. I’ve held onto it for historical purposes. I was mounting another item in my album of old covers when I looked more closely at the stamps tied to the cover with a wavy cancel. It is an attached 300b line pair. The cover is a bit worn and smudged , but the stamps appear sound, VF with good color. I know line pairs are rare for this stamp but I don’t know how rare. Does anyone know what the valuation of this piece/stamps would be? I have a picture of the cover, but I don’t see any way to attach it to this question. Thank you so much.
