Up for auction is a beautiful airmail cover mailed and flown on the Graf Zeppelin from Rio de Janeiro Brazil to New York City, USA. Priced to sell. Postmarked May 24 and 28, 1930. Cover is in excellent condition. Note the Graf Zeppelin privately printed stamps commemorating the first flight, this was a private stamp printed by the Zeppelin company in Berlin for use on mail to and from South America and they were sold by Sindicato Condor. Rare on cover. Note this is the overprint USA for the USA Graf Zeppelin flight. Catalog price for the stamps alone, per Frost 2005, is $250.00.Shipping
