Up for auction is a beautiful censored postcard cover from the Jewish ghetto in Budapest Hungary to Garany. In excellent condition. Priced to sell. Postmarked April 2, 1943. Mail to or from Hungarian ghettos is extremely scarce. Unlike polish and Czech ghettos, the Holocaust experience of Jews in Hungary has not been very well studied or documented. Very rare item, note that similar items to this are in the collection of the Holocaust museum in Los Angeles.Shipping will be a flat $2.00 within the continental U.S. for USPS mail.
