Up for auction is a beautiful letter sheet cover from Guernsey during the German occupation of the Channel Island of England sent to England by Mrs. M. Quinn. Postmarked August 4, 1944. In excellent condition. Note the chemical swipe to detect hidden messages and censorship markings by German and english authorities. Rare cover indeed. Sent via the German and english red cross.Shipping
