Pair of late 1860s/1870s railroad covers. Unclear postmarks but enough to tell that they they are railroad related. Early RPO marking with grilled 3 cent 1861 to Cecil OH; the 3ct banknote cover may be a station agent marking. You figure it out!Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
