Your Editor´s Opinion:
Considering today´s discussion of The Free Speech my opinion is that all stamps can be reported, may be collected, as long as they are properly and carefully described.
As these Stamps are on the market I wish both to describe these stamps and to raise some questions about their status.
The stamps are inscribed ANGOLA.
Are these stamps really from ANGOLA?
Seen on regular mail - NO!
Listed in general catalogues - NO!
More likely from the phantasies of an unscrupulous stamp dealer!
