Published in 1906 by Scott Publishing and George L. Toppan, this is a handy philatelic reference for the tiny design differences existing within older United States and Confederate States of America (Civil War) stamp designs. The out of print 28-page book includes information from an era barely 50 years following the CSA and 60 years of U.S. issues.
The paperback for sale is definitely previously owned with notations of previous ownership, but still nicely care for though lighting has caused the slight yellowing of the pages.

Condition is the key and is highly subjective, so study the images, read the content, ask questions, and work with a reliable collector-dealer to get what you want.
Please note, payment is expected within three (3) days; thank you. This will ship media or first class mail, dependent upon costs.
Every effort is made to generate a stellar experience for buyers and reciprocal feedback is always appreciated. Bookmark the store and check back often for new opportunities.
