Published in 1983, this is the work of Adam Perkal and Seymour Kazman which is for sale. The first edition book covers the U.S. Post Department seals for opened mail. This book is in excellent condition and has a pristine dust jacket. Truly a great reference work, hardbound book features images of the items under scrutiny.
The book for sale has minimal evidence of wear although the spine is clearly rubbed thanks mostly to the loss of the dust jacket. Otherwise, it is/has been nicely cared for since its printing. So much so, it might be brand new.
Title: The Post Office Seals of the United States Volume One: The Regular Issues
Publisher: George Alevizos, Santa Monica, California
Publication Date: 1983

Binding: Hardbound Cover
Book Condition: Reference Copy
Condition: No condition issues other than spine wear and the lost of the dust jacket. Please check out all of the images including the sample pages and front/back covers.
Many philatelic reference books are collectible in their own right since many renouned hobby experts are now out of print. Most are valued for their collectibility based on condition, rarity, and to some extent their use as a reference. Condition is the key and is highly subjective, so study the images, read the content, ask questions, and work with a reliable collector-dealer to get what you want.
Please note, payment is expected within three (3) days; thank you. And remember, safe secured shipping is free. This will ship media mail, unless the buyer wishes to pay for a faster postal service.
Every effort is made to generate a stellar experience for buyers and reciprocal feedback is always appreciated. Bookmark the store and check back often for new opportunities.
