"The Cancellations of Waterbury (Connecticut) 1865 - 1890" was apparently the third endeavor into philatelic literature for Stewart and Hahn hence the cover indicates "Postal Markings Hndbook No. 3" The physical dimensions are about 6-by-9-inches and includes 31 pages of useful classic philatelic information for collectors at all levels regarding the famed Waterbury strikes.
