Among other things (see error list below) the value of this block is in Sheet Reverse Impression - impressions on averse and reverse are MISALIGNET - designs on gum side are strongly shifted to opposite side compared to designs on face. No other stamp on our full sheet (now cut into pieces) has this variety.

Plate Errors:

- Field 1: Red dot on bear's back; dots on the log
- Field 2: Broken gridline on bear's left leg
- Field 4: White dot on outline of bear's back
- Field 4: Right frame line of text box distorted by white bulges; this error repeats itself on several stamps of 1st row
- Field 5: Right foot of letter A broken
- Field 7: Left foot of letter N shortened
- Field 8: Dots on log; Light diagonal line on left thigh of the bear
- Field 9: Red indent on lower bar of letter E
- Field 10: Dot on bear's forearm; White gridline behind the bear interrupted by color dot; Left bar of N shortened. Defect - crease and folding
- Field 12: Red and white dots on gridlines on the left from bear's left leg
- Field 13: Red dot on bear's thigh; White dots between E and R and above L
- Field 15: A line of log design broken
- Field 17: 3rd gridline from above in UR corner broken
- Field 18: Red line attached to top red gridline and the line going thin at its left end; Light color line on bear's right paw
- Field 19: White dot on bear's stomach; Red fleck on gridlines; Vertical bar of B in BERLIN distorted by red and white dots
- Field 20: Gridline in bear's right paw broken; Red fleck on right leg; Area of white dot on left side behind the bear's back. Defect - crease and folding.

Perfect MNH condition. Glossy white coated paper, shiny smooth almost white gum, vertically ribbed.
We plan to mail this block FLAT, means large stiff packing material (=heavy pack).
