Great Britain, Scott #MH193 (Deegam A200.1.1)(Stanley Gibbons #1469)(CMSC #AV4a), used(o),1990, Machin: 1840 Anniversary Series, Queen Elizabeth II and Queen Victoria, 20 pence, Harrison photogravure, issued: January 30th, 1990, Deegam Type A1 flat head base {missing pearl space in the necklace is small and not distinct, diadem cross opened}, phosphorus paper, screened values, sheet stamp perforated: 14¾x15 (PPPP), colors: Scott (black and brown black), Stanley Gibbons (brownish black and cream), Deegam (black and cream), Complete Machin (black), Scott 2025 catalog value: 90¢, very slightly off-centered (extremely fine), quarter-to-half circular, black-inked, single-rimmed, bit blurred, socked-on-the-nose, corner cancel at lower left and largely clear of the main images, sound back, two damaged perforations at top left, otherwise good perforations, centering and image clear cancel warrants a selling price premium, but perforation damage calls for an adjustment, so a wash. This is not a 'bait-and-switch;' the stamp you see will be the one you receive.
