This postcard was confirming the membership of Doctor F. A. Chenoweth in the Indiana State Medical Association for 1909. It was postmarked January 27, 1909, at Farmland, Indiana, and was addressed to Doctor Chenoweth at nearby Winchester (Randolph County), Indiana. The card was signed by the organization’s secretary, F. C. Heath, of Indianapolis, Indiana.
