This is a new, never used Scott Norway Part I 1855-1995 album in a new Scott small green binder with the slipcase. It also includes page lifters in the front and the rear of the binder. This album has never had a stamp in it, either hinged or in a mount. It also has the Scott Norway decal on the spine. Under certain light, the binder appears to have a small stain on the front, which I haven’t tried to clean. You can’t even see it most of the time and I honestly didn’t even notice it until I looked at the photos. Everything together has a current retail value of around $140. Please note, this ONLY ships to continental US addresses.
