NORWAY: SPITZBERGEN (SVALBARD) usage; 7o Post Horn, (Scott #79 flty), tied to post card (white border Real Photo of ship and men walking on ice) by Lodingen 21.VIII.30 postmark, addressed GENOA ITALY, card has a non-postal CDS in Violet (Spitzbergen), Lodingen was most likely the port where the ship left to explore Spitzbergen, scarce usage and scarce view, especially addressed to Italy, Italians were involved in polar research so there may be more to this than meets the eye, Fine-VF
