United States, Scott #4028, used(o), 2006, The Art of Disney Series; Theme of Romance, stamp shows The Lady and the Tramp sharing their Spaghetti Dinner in the Alleyway behind Tony's Restaurant; the 1955 Disney film was based on the 1945 Cosmopolitan magazine story by Ward Greene (1892-1956) which tells the story of Lady, a pampered Cocker Spaniel, as she grows from puppy to adulthood in a household where a human baby suddenly arrives, which leads to her adventures with the Tramp, a homeless and foot-free mutt; their kiss following the munching along a spaghetti string until their lips meet is a moment of movie legend; 39 cents, issued on non-water soluble self-adhesive panes, serpentine die cut simulated perforations: 10½x10¾, lithography printed, multicolored, Scott 2019 Catalog Value: 30¢, very slightly off-centered, black inked, circular, probably single-rimmed, border cancellations at right side, up from middle and well clear of the main image, good perforations, stamp was removed from its mailing envelope using the Bestine solvent and placed on a piece of black card stock for an attractive album appearance; centering, mounting and image clear cancel warrants a selling price premium. This is not a 'bait-and-switch;' the stamp you see will be the one you receive.

I will keep a scan of my mailing to verify that the correct mailing address was used.
