COMBINED SHIPPING FOR AUCTION WINNINGS & PURCHASES

Generally, additional stamps purchased in the same order are combined in the same package/envelope to reduce shipping cost (though we do occasionally miss the connection between multiple orders so please let us know if you're purchasing multiple items at once!)  Additionally, multiple auction lots won by the buyer may be combined to save on shipping. Please contact us through hipstamp or by sales@micklerstamps.us to combine your winnings!  We generally package orders and winnings within 1 day and will not be able to hold purchases more than a day.


GUARANTEE

All items are guaranteed to be as described in the listing. We hope there are no problems with your purchase, but please know that we stand behind everything we sell. Any item not matching the description of the item you purchased may be returned for a full refund. We want to make things right!


RETURN POLICY

Any item not matching the description of the item you purchased, or which is otherwise not disqualified for return (See "Unallowable Reasons for Return" below), may be returned for a full refund.

Starting a Return

Here's how to start a return:

  1. Contact us at sales@micklerstamps.us to begin a return.
  2. If a return is approved, we will issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send you a shipping return label (postage paid) and instructions for packaging and returning the item(s). Items returned without an RMA may not be accepted.
  3. Full refund, including any postage paid by buyer for the original purchase, shall be issued upon receipt of returned items in the condition they were in when sold.

Unallowable Reasons for Returns

The following will not be grounds for returns:

  • Specific grades on certificates or confirmation of faults which were described in the listing.
  • The inability of your selected agency to offer an opinion.

TYPICAL LISTING INFORMATION

You can expect our typical listings to contain the following information:

  • Guarantee For Philatelic items, Scott Catalog Numbers and Values are typically referenced. 
  • On items with graded certs, PSE's SMQ or Scott Values Supplement prices may be used
  • Faults. Any faults will be noted in the title or condition field of this listing. If there is no mention, it is sold as fault free.
  • Item Images. We strive to provide high quality, unaltered, images, of all sides of every item we offer.
    • Unaltered Images. We never enhance any product image other than algorithmic rotation to achieve a stamp image with horizontal & vertical edges. What you see is what our scanners or cameras saw.
    • Additional Images. If you would like additional images or information on any lot, please reach out and contact us.

  • Encased holders are not accepted.

  • AU: About Uncirculated
  • CU: Crisp Uncirculated
  • Ch: Choice
  • Appr: Appearing (fault present, see condition)

Gum Condition

  • OG: Original Gum
  • NH: Never Hinged
  • DOG: Disturbed Original Gum
  • LH: Lightly Hinged
  • RG: Re-Gummed
  • H: Hinged
  • NG: Unused without Gum
  • PH: Previously Hinged
  • HR: Hinge Remnant
  • NGAI: No Gum As Issued

BEST OFFER POLICY

Due to the high number of low offers only the first best offer per item, per customer will be considered.  In other words, any additional offer from a buyer who has already made an offer on that item will not be considered.  Your best chances of success are to make an offer within 85 - 95 % of the Buy It Now price.
