Shipping & Sales Information
Thank you for visiting our store. Stamps make us happy and we want you to be very happy buying from us.
SALES TERMS
- ACCURATE LISTINGS GUARANTEE. Buy with confidence knowing that all stamps are 100% guaranteed to be as described. The pictured stamp is the one you will receive. If you discover a problem, Please let me know as soon as possible within 14 days. I want to make things right with you!
- CANCELLATION OF ERRONEOUS LISTINGS & TRANSACTIONS. We list a lot of items and, very infrequently, a mix-up can occur. We may, at our discretion, cancel any transaction where there is an error in the listing. Communication is key, and we will definitely reach out before hand to any potential buyers who've made bids/offers on such an item.
- SALES TERMS. Payment due at time of purchase, unless otherwise approved in writing by the seller.
- TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP. Risk and title of ownership transfers from seller to buyer upon delivery to the post office, delivery service or freight forwarder. Note that Returns are allowed.
- FREE SHIPPING WITH MINIMUM ORDER OF $40. In order to get free shipping and handling, we ask a minimum order of $40. You may even combine multiple items in your cart to meet or exceed this. For combined orders, the first 3 items are included in the base shipping fee. Additional items beyond 3 will automatically result in a small fee being added for shipping. Due to rapidly changing shipping fees, we reserve the right to modify this policy at will and without notice.
- ALL SALES FINAL AFTER 14 DAYS. All sales are final after 14 days unless approved in writing by seller, or if extended for additional certification as described below.
- EXTENDED RETURN WINDOW FOR ADDITIONAL CERTIFICATION. Items may be put on 60 day return extension for third party opinion/certification, when requested at time of purchase.
PACKAGING PRACTICES
We take great care to ensure your stamps arrive in the same condition they were in when they left us. Here are our general practices for packaging certain types of items:
Single Stamps and Small Items
Outer Mailing Container
- Our standard mailing container is a 6x8 rigid, paperboard mailer (the type used to ship CD’s, remember those? :D ). We like to use at least a 550 GSM thick paperboard material to give a lot of protection. Due to their rigidity, these ship with the slightly more expensive First Class Parcel rates (not envelope rates).
- Items too large for a 6x8 rigid mailer will go in a similar mailer of suitable size.
- High value and especially delicate items may be packed in additional boxes for protection.
Protecting items within the outer mailing container
- Single stamps will generally be placed in an clear plastic sleeve, 102 card, or small glassine. Care is taken to prevent the item from sliding out of protective enclosures or getting pinched or otherwise damaged.
- Any paperwork (certs or other documents) will be neatly folded and included along with the item.
- If needed, stiffening items such as cardboard will be added to the package to prevent folding. Usually not needed with 550 GSM paperboard mailers.
- All of this is then placed into the outer mailing container, onto which the postage and tracking labels are placed.
Stamp Grab Bags, Stacks of Covers, and Other Large Packages
- Bulky items will be packed in cardboard boxes with sufficient internal packing to immobilize and ensure integrity of the contents.
SHIPPING
We ship from Dublin, Georgia 31021 (USA) using a mail service store which is open M-F.
USA DOMESTIC SALES & SHIPMENTS
The following apply to sales of items to US domestic addresses:
- Free Shipping for orders over $40 with a US Domestic shipping address. This covers the costs for secure, insured, First Class Parcel postage, with tracking
- Purchases below $40 will be charged $9 for shipping. This does not fully cover the cost of shipping using the high-quality rigid mailers that we use, but it is a portion of the cost. We absorb the remaining cost.
- Purchases over $500 are sent with signature confirmation required on delivery.
- Purchases over $1000 with be shipped by Priority mail.
- Purchases over $2500 by Express (included in price!).
NON-USA / INTERNATIONAL SALES & SHIPMENTS
Shipments outside the U.S.A., its territories or APOs, will be completed using Global Shipping Services, or other service that will be agreed prior to purchase.
If you are a non-US customer, contact us prior to purchasing the item to inquire about shipping costs to other countries. Use the Ask a Seller a Question feature to send us a private message about shipping costs.
We reserve the right to decline to ship to certain countries based on US Government restrictions and business decisions. In the even that we decline to ship an order, the transaction will be cancelled and all funding returned.
INSURANCE
For US shipments: Insurance is included in the price of orders over the requested minimum (see "Free Shipping Minimum Order Amount" above) and available up to an amount of $5,000USD. US Postal System terms and conditions apply. Signature and ID verification may be required to accept delivery of high value items. Shipments which are lost, stolen or damaged are out of our control. The only recourse for claims of these kind shall be the shipment's insurance.
For non-US shipments: Insurance details will be agreed-to on a case-by-case basis.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
Prior to purchase, Buyer may contact the Seller (us) to request expedited shipping through alternate carriers. Cost for expedited shipping shall be Buyer’s responsibility and will be billed separately.
COMBINED SHIPPING
We will try to combine additional stamps purchased in the same order in the same package/envelope to reduce shipping cost. This means you may combine lesser orders (paid for at the same time) to achieve volume discounts and promotional shipping offers. Large/irregularly shaped items may not be able to be combined.
If you place multiple orders in a day, please reach out to let us know so that we can be sure to try to combine them for shipping.
TIMING OF ORDER EVENTS
- We routinely package & ship within one business day. Orders received Friday afternoons may not be sent out until the next business day.
- Shipments are sent out M-F, but not on weekends.
- Tracking information should be available by the following evening.
- International Shipments may be delayed by handling at the Global Shipping Service or in Customs.

SHIPPING TERMS - CIP
All shipments are shipped CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid-To) per INCOTerms 2020. This means that, among other things, we will package, insure, and deliver the item to the mail forwarder, but all import duties and taxes are not included in the item price and are the responsibility of the Buyer/Consignee and may be billed on your invoice separately.
RECEIVING YOUR GOODS
When that wonderful day arrives where you pick up your new stamps from the mailbox, please make sure to do the following:
- Inspect for Damages. Please contact us for insurance information.
- Verify the Purchase. Please confirm that the item in the image matches the Title, Description & Specification fields. If not, please contact us immediately (see the "Return Policy").
RETURNS
Returns are accepted per the Return Policy.
