- Stamp Condition, unless otherwise stated in the item description, is:
- Mint Never Hinged (MNH) - stamp has not seen postal duty, is not canceled to order, has untouched gum (unless issued without gum), no damage and no markings on the back of the stamp
- Unused - stamp has not seen postal duty, is not MNH, and may have a small hinge remnant.
- Used - stamp has seen postal duty, or may be canceled to order, or may be unused with no gum (if issued with gum and the stamp is of lower value in used condition), and may have a small hinge remnant.
- Unless stated otherwise in the item listing:
- stamps are identified using the Scott Catalogue
- stamps are in sound condition
- images are of the actual item being sold
- Used stamps are sold in the condition that they are normally found from the country of origin, such as "canceled to order" from most eastern European, and some African and Caribbean countries.
- When a description indicates that an image is representative of the item being sold, all items will be in comparable or better condition than the item in the image.
- Texas residents must pay 8.25% state sales tax.
- Returned check fee is $35.00 as permitted by Texas law.
