Hi Philip,
If it is perforated 11 X 11 then it is a Scott # J73. If it is perforated 11 X 10.5 it is a Scott # J83.

Also the design on the J73 will measure 19 x 22 mm. The J83 will measure 19 X 22.5 mm because it is from a rotary press.
