  • Tom, If you go under members area, selling, listings you can bulk edit 3 of those at one time. Just type in New Zealand under the search box, bring up those listings. Click the grey box on the left hand side and you should see select none, select …
  • I don't blame the buyers for not leaving feedback anymore. It's gotten to the point that a lot of companies have been bombarding buyers with surveys and reminders on every service and every purchase to leave some sort of feedback. As a buyer I don't…
  • It's about the same on Hippostcard also.
  • Ken, I have the same thing with many of the items that I have 2 different shipping due to the size or weight of the items. There is a fairly easy way to do it. First adjust all the prices at one for the lowest rate. Then afterwards if you have the…
  • Michael, I would suggest contacting Hipstamp, they may be able to double check what it was. Otherwise if you have your stock set up by private ID's it should be a simple fix to look for that ID, pull it, and then relist it.
  • Michael, If I remember correctly the headings need to be in the same order as the full csv file. (I made up about 10 different ones depending on what I was working on.) But that was quite awhile ago.
  • Michael, Go under members area, on the right hand side under Seller Tools is a link for the Bulk Lister. Click that and under the bulk lister there are links for downloading CSV files templates and also a link for instructions on how to use it.
  • Richard, I sent out a set of 2019's earlier this year and they will fit into 2 large size boxes for a cost of $43.80 as opposed to the $46.50 for the 3 medium boxes.
  • Go under members area, under listings click open. On the next page there is a little grey box on the left hand side that says listings, click that and you can check all your listings at one time. Go to the bottom of that page and click bulk edit. …
  • When you go into the stores there is a box on the left that says ships to. If you only ship to the US and they select any other country no listings should show up., because the seller doesn't ship to that country. Which is why Scott can't see any o…
  • The plate numbers are in the scroll work along the right and left sides. And they are at about the middle of her nose.
  • My mistake. Basically according to Michel there were people who wanted to use it as a franking when it was issued. They gave in to it and some were used. According to Michel 2009 if you can find it used on cover they list it at 75 Euros. FDCS are l…
  • The sheet was valid for postage. It just wasn't used very often. In the fact the foot note says this "The stamps were valid, the sheet was not, though widely used. Values mint $6, used $11. "
  • Rene, Actually it is the country that the goods are being imported to that determines the lower limits of the valuation for tax purposes. Canada charges GST on imports over $20 Canadian. The UK use to charge VAT on imports over 15 LBS until earlier…
  • Regardless it is ILLEGAL to do so. First it's smuggling goods in and out of the country and 2nd it's also defrauding the PO of what they legally are entitled to collect for their services. Just as a reminder of Hipstamps terms https://www.hipstam…
  • Actually Michel has been printing some of the cats in English also.
  • The customs form is not what makes it a parcel, it's the fact that any items that have any type of merchandise MUST be declared and can only be sent via first class parcel rate or better. It's the CONTENTS of the mail piece that determines whether …
  • ON the customs form there is a place where you can mark it as a gift, but the form must be filled out and it must be a gift and not a sale.
  • Customs forms MUST be used on any goods of any value. Depending on the value and where it's sent the importing country can charge customs and duties even on gifts. International first class letter rates can ONLY include documents. https://faq.u…
  • The portrait doesn't line up with the scroll work in the center of the stamp and the areas around the portrait are not all rounded and some are more squarish.
  • Because the vast majority of people will never use those numbers. US buyers will mostly use Scott's because that's the major cat in the US, SG is the major cat for British and the Commonwealth etc. You can't expect the sellers to take the time to lo…
  • I think part of the problem may very well be that the buyer made an assumption that you would have offered to pay for the return shipping. And that's going back to the fact that you stated that the buyer was NOT happy with YOUR description of the th…
  • From the surface it sounds like there was a bit of miscommunication how the return was suppose to be processed in the first place that was part of the problem. (I can only go by what little bit your stating here.) IE Was the buyer expecting you to …
  • It all depends on how you handle it whether you will be charged the dispute fee or not. If you and the buyer can work this out BEFORE it's gets escalated to the next stage you should not be charged the fee. (It seems that the fees are applied once P…
  • Ron are you sure it's not this?
  • Michael, Do you really think that Hipstamp wants to avoid dealing with technical issues that directly affect the buying and selling on Hipstamp, when Hipstamp makes most of their money off of people being able to buy and sell? With the way you hav…
  • Actually the most likely explanation is the fact that Hipstamp spent so much time and effort writing up the questions and answers that many people were asking and Hipsupport was having to take time to answer those same questions over and over again.…
  • That is correct that it does not go directly to be able to submit a ticket, however if you click on contact us, if you click on one of the 3 boxes that were set up to direct you to the type of help your looking for. You have to click one of the que…
  • The lower fees are in comparison to the starter stores. Starter stores are charged at an 11.95% transaction fee.

  • I think it's because of the exchange rate from Euros into dollars. Once you factor in your shipping the cost would be at about 12.03 Euros and with the exchange rate it comes to $14.48. (Which makes sense as Hipstamp is based in the US.)
