Were printed for Latvia in 1919 but not placed in use. 8 denominations, Perforate & Imperforate. Scott says reprints and counterfeits exist. Listed in Scott as a footnote after Occupation issues.

An old Minkus catalogue states that "Die proof reprints were made (1907) in black on white or thick yellowish paper."

Scott #19. Scott lists 13 stamps with overprints on Russian & Armenian issues as #1-13.

The overprinted stamps also have another overprint "Pro Materita e Infanzia" ( the horseshoe shaped overprint) This one applied in 1942.

This appears to be India Scott 57 with overprint for Jind State but Scott does not list. India Scott 56 is listed with overprint as Jind Scott O15 Does anyone have information on this? Fake perhaps?

Looks like Scott 495, $5.00 and 496 $4.00. My catalogue is 2016 so new edition may have different values.

Scott 683 is a 15c stamp, inscribed Correos Mexico. Stamp pictured is 25c, and without the Correos is a revenue. Overprint indicates the district where used.
