How to correct a Final Value Fee?

edited August 2017 in Questions 0 LikesVote Down
I had a $7 item sell on Hipstamp. The shipping got screwed up when the item was imported from ebay and it came in at $13.50. The buyer pointed it out and I corrected it to the $1.15 that it costs to ship internationally from the US. Meanwhile, the Final Value fee of $1.65. If it was a $20 transaction, that might make sense but when I'm paid I will only get $8.15 so the final value fee will end up being over 20%. How do I get this corrected so that it is only the $0.65 fee that I should get charged on an $8 transaction? There is no option on the listing to request a final value fee credit unless I cancel the transaction...
