Paypal Policy Update -- Requiring Merchant Customer Service Info
I saw this while reviewing updates to the PayPal user agreement that is to take effect on March 12, 2020:
"We are requiring that merchants publish customer service information, including at least one email address or customer service URL, and a telephone number, which must be readily accessible for review by merchants’ customers."
Will that cause adjustments for those selling here or will the "contact seller" function suffice?
