The old classic White Ace supplement pages have been my "go to" for decades as I've bought and created my own pages for my US collection. Today I went to reorder blank pages and when I pressed checkout, they told me it was no longer possible to checkout on the web, redirecting me to a new company which is called ALCO Distributors. I called and ordered verbally. A very nice gentleman took my oder and I hope it was correctly taken. Makes me wonder , are the suppliers for things like albums, stamp mounts and stuff also diminishing?

    I believe they are. When we lived in Syracuse I could walk into Lindner NA and buy any item at a healthy discount. They transferred their North American operations to Palo and my discount was about halved. It then disappeared because I didn't do enough business with them.

    I understand their position but yes, I think the number of suppliers is dwindling, could be wrong.
