HipStamp Support

With all the (somewhat well deserved) negativity around here, here's a positive. JoAnne from support and I have been emailing each other for most of the day (a Sunday, no less), to resolve an issue I reported with my store yesterday. I have to admit she stayed on top of it until it was resolved so fwiw, a tip of the hat to support for a job well done!

  • Good to hear. I have actually had pretty good experiences with their support in general myself.
  • I ditto the comments. Support is very responsive especially in terms of sales related issues. Some improved clarity on the software development side would be appreciated.

  • I have had good experiences with their support too. I think it is pretty short sighted to claim that they don’t care about the sellers. That is where their money comes from after all.
