Quick way to add a new shipping location to all my current stamp listings?

I have over 2000 listings that I have input over the past 3 months. However, I did not think thru the shipping location options very well. Long story short - I need to add Canada as one of my options - but I don't want to have to go into each listing to add it. Is there any way to add this option to all my listings in one fell swoop?? Any help on this is appreciated.

    Go to Postage setup page. Add Canada - just as you did for US. Scroll down & save. Then on same page scroll up and "click" on Default Listing settings. You will see a chart - add Canada then save. Now go to Listings - click on "Open". On the left by "Listing" click the little Box, then click the tiny down arrow and choose all listings. Scroll down to Bulk Edit - Choose Postage -Edit. Canada should be in the shipping chart along with US. If everything looks correct scroll down click "Update". Hip will then update all your listings. You will see a message at the top of the listing page.
