PAYPAL / HIP Stamp order notification

Hello

I just made my first 2 sales!! (I had no idea i made a sell until the customer messaged me? I did not receive a notification. Now the Buyer is having trouble making payment using paypal? Is there not a credit card option? I just spoke with Paypal and my Account is inactive and now on lockdown due to some ebay issues several years ago when I had an ebay site? (2012 or so). Does anyone know how to get around the issue, I have another paypal account under a different email address, however i cant change the email with contacting hipstamp, which i have done. In the meantime I need to process this order? Any options that I can use to help get these things is helpful.,

    If they can use another payment method, then you can finalize it that way. Hipstamp will already have applied their fee to your account, so there isn't the same entanglement that there was with eBay.
    Get your PayPal sorted as soon as possible. If that's the only method of payment the buyer can make:
    a) ask them to be patient while you sort it out it could take a few weeks (in my experience with PayPal)
    b) send it to them on good faith, (especially if it's not horrendous), show them you are a seller of merit
    c) if they can pay by another method, use that

    That's about the best you can do.
    For credit card, you can have people pay by card, but you need your own merchant account to do that, (This is why most people just use PayPal because people can pay by card anyway, and it works as a bridging account for CC's, kind of the main advantage of using PayPal to start with).
