Completing a ‘Big Blue’ collection
In order to completely fill my Big Blue pre 1940 collection I need to find a Salvador Scott# 247 stamp. This set (Scott 246-252) is very illusive. It seems most dealers have none, but the few dealers who have something carry a copy of #246, the most common stamp in the set. Even dealers offering Salvador collections for sale show a blank page for this set. The set is not overly expensive according to Scott, but just so hard to find. Can anyone help me?
