Graz Provisional Type I Stamp set with certificate
I have a Graz Provisional Type I Stamp set MNH with certificate and am missing the 24 Pfg stamp that was certified with the set (got lost I guess). I have the one I'm missing in MNG. Wondering how much the set as is would be worth and how much if it were complete assuming i could get a certified 24Pfg stamp to complete the set. Note the Mi# 693AI-Mi#696AI are the ones with the 12 perf and 18.5mm "osterreich" overprint
