missing paid invoice

I have an invoice that was paid through paypal,but it does not show up under my sold orders. The problem is I do not know what is on the invoice as paypal does not list the items any more---only payment total. Cannot send items to customer.

    All orders made through HipStamp will be available in the Members Area > Selling > Sold Orders section. If an order does not appear there, it was not completed by the buyer - and the items would still be available for sale. If you have a PayPal payment for an order - then it is possible that the buyer may have simply sent payment to you manually via PayPal - which would not be the proper way to complete an order (it needs to be done through HipStamp). When we send orders to PayPal all of the item details are included - so that sounds like what may have happened.
