Pay Later Question

I have approved a few buyers to use the Pay Later function which I do like. When buyers select items into their cart and use their approved pay later status - are those items now off my inventory - or can someone still come along and buy that item out from under them ? As sellers we have no visibility to what items may be in this pay later status . On Bidstart - I was able to start pulling stamps that were selected and not paid for - since I could see what was chosen - so when payment was made - I was ready to ship. Steve

Did you look in "Members Area-Selling- Closed Sold" page to see if the listing is marked sold and you have been charged the FVF.

The only items in the Closed Sold list I have are items that have already been paid by the buyer. I do not see any that have been selected by a buyer but they are paying later ?

As a Seller, you have complete visibility as to what items have been sold on HipStamp, as they will all appear within the Members Area > Selling > Sold Orders section. It doesn't make any difference if the buyer uses the Pay Later feature or not - all sold orders are in the Sold Orders section. If there's no order there - there has not been any sale.

Once you enable the Pay Later feature, this provides buyers with the option of clicking "Checkout & Pay Later" vs. "Checkout & Pay Now". However, it's their choice. So once enabled you will not see all orders for that buyer come through without payment - it's up to the buyer. In many cases, even if the buyer has been approved to pay later, if they're checking out and done shopping they'll just pay for the order then.

I approved a "pay later" buyer today and he completed his check-out but sent me a request for my address so he could send a check. Since I cannot see his check out info, where is the seller's address shown?
A screenshot would be helpful.

What you see in the Members Area > Selling > Sold Orders section is the same information that the buyer sees in the Members Area > Buying > Purchases section, a complete view of the order with the buyer's address (for the Seller) and the seller's address (for the Buyer). Additionally, either the Buyer or Seller can click on "Print Invoice" next to the order to print an invoice with the address as well.

We also email a copy of this information to the buyer - with the Seller's address.
