I accepted some offers this buyer from overseas insist on making. He paid, but not sh fees were included. Now what? Lose more money since Paypal will grab another bite if I ask for it. This sucks.

    It looks like you don't have Worldwide Shipping setup - which means buyers from, for example, the Netherlands could not checkout and purchase items from you. However, if you did accept an offer - there would be no shipping costs to add since they're not available. If you want to sell items Worldwide, you should set up Worldwide Shipping rates. We'll reach out to you to follow-up on this. We'll also review if it makes sense not to allow Offers from any countries you do not ship to.
