  • Hello Paul

Top of page click on Members Area

    Under Selling click on Offers

You will see the item and offer

Click on Accept, Decline or Counter Offer
  • Thanks John,
I see the offer, the item but no where to acccept or decline.
It actually asks if I wish to make an offer on them mysefl.
  • When you create a new listing, along with Title, Price, etc. you have the option to check off if you want to accept Offers or not. If you want to update the default setting which is filled in for new listings, you can do this from the Members Area > Selling > Seller Tools > Default Listing Settings page. Once you update your Default Listings Settings you will be given the opportunity to update all of your existing listings as well.

Alternatively, to update listings in Bulk in general, please see: https://support.hipecommerce.com/portal/kb/articles/how-to-bulk-edit-update-existing-listings
  • Thank you Mark.
Seems I can only update 50 at a time.
There were two items that had offers with accept/decline options.
Hopefully the option will suddenly appear on the ones we think we have amended, which we have offers on before the offers expire, unless you can manually add the option.
  • Please someone log in to check received offers.
I sent a detailed message few days ago. With items offered on which are not already sold/but no reply

1/No options on current lots to accept or counteroffer-Check our account.
'2/Your System is picking up many already sold lots from eBay including most recent offer.
3/The box to accept offers has already been clicked .
  • I did not disable offers and cliked on enable offers,
I accept offers as with the other sights we sell on ebay/delcampe etc.
  • Hi Paul,

Apologies for the confusion. Please ignore my last comment, as I was actually referring to another Seller.

We have now reviewed the Offer in question, and you should be able to accept it. If you have any further issue, please let us know, and we will follow-up with your email in more detail soon.
  • Sorry Mark,
Although there are as per my message of two days +other messages a number of already sold lots
that we are receiving offers on,the few that we could consider on the 3rd page of offers has I repeat
NO OPTION for Accepting or counter offering,Check for yourself.
  • These items should be resolved for you now. We'll follow-up via email if you need any further assistance.
  • Should be Resolved ???? No change.!!!!!!!!!1

    Hi Paul,

I've reviewed this myself, and the issues you highlighted are resolved.

The Offers which were on the third page of your Members area had since expired, but were previously showing an option to decline - this should not have been the case, as there was no further action you needed to take. You should be able to see the offers in question are closed, and there is no longer a button to decline the offer.

With regards to the ebay sold items you were referring to, it appears that these items are still active on ebay (which incurs a fee to yourself from ebay), which is why they were showing up on HipStamp. However, on ebay they are currently flagged to be hidden from search results, and could not be purchased because they have a quantity of 0.

This was the same case on HipStamp for these specific listings, in that they could not be purchased because they had a quantity of 0. However, we do not have a listing state where a listing can be active with a quantity of 0, but then specifically flagged to be hidden from search - which is why you could still see the listings in question on HipStamp.

In any regards, we've now taken this into account - so you will no longer see such listings synced from ebay.

If you have any further questions, please follow-up with us by using the Contact Us link.
  • Dear Mark,
May be your sight should contact the person making the offers, seeing as there was no option to accept or counter
    on any of them.

    Hi Paul,

There was no option to accept these offers when you viewed them because the buyer withdrew the offers. That's why you will see the label "withdrawn" next to each of the ones you are highlighting. Once a buyer makes an offer, they have the option to withdraw it before you accept it (at which point it becomes a sale and can not be withdrawn). In these cases the buyer withdrew their offers before you reviewed them on HipStamp - so the buyer is no longer interested in these listings.
  • Thanks.
Strange that a interested party would make so many offers and then remove them all ?
  • I'm noticing that the history of this discussion does not retain the dates prior to January. It is just showing December 2016.
  • I noticed that, too, Bob. It would be much more helpful to show the specific date. I don't understand why one wouldn't.
