Are there macro printings on GB Stamps?
Hi,
I notice some writing on almost all none Machin Stamps which came with in a booklet.
Most are not clear and cannot be read, the Harry Potter stamp I assume it means "2018".
I tried to find some info on the web, but I couldn't find any.
Are those random markings or does they mean something?

Update- Manage to upload, file size was to big.
