Actually, since I am here to buy stamps and to learn about stamps, I really have no need for the bug report or feature request sections. Move them all you want. What I need and use will still be here.
-
Not excited at all. Don’t need this complication in my life. Sorry but forums have been around for a long time. We all know how to use them. I may be old. But who else buys stamps? Good luck. You’re going to need it.
-
William. There is no Hipstamp App. It’s just an ad for something that does not exist.
-
Why do we need yet another way to communicate?
-
Lauree. We are having both of ours done. Lots of work.
-
I know it is not the most useful advice. But the bulk of what is most likely ( based on what we can see) ordinary material. I would start to educate yourself as to what has actual value. Look for those. Sell the rest in bulk.
-
Threats are certainly the best way to proceed. Always.
-
Logic has nothing to do with collecting, which is a passion.
-
Mystic and Overpriced are pretty much the same.
-
I think that if you post a listing without reading / checking it you are likely to have unhappy buyers.
-
Full album rethink. It’s all the mounts that holds me back.
-
Scott Minuteman. Bought in the 1970s. Used. Now barely fits in two binders. Really thinking about replacing the early pages.
-
Scott, my album had spaces for only half of the stamps.
-
Well. Certainly not you…
-
Scott. I finally took a look at my Scott Catalog. The blue paper issue is bigger than I thought. Getting a 359 and holding.
-
Scott. The quality of their material was evident. And priced accordingly.
-
359 - $1300 362 - $1700 362 - $1200 364 - $2700 All too much for me.

Their reply was: Unfortunately, we do not recognize Hip Stamps as a reference since they are an Ebay store. I replied to the contrary and got approved to bid. But that still sticks.
-
Just FYI. Siegel requires references. Hopefully Hipstamp will suffice.
-
Scott I have long forgotten about the 5 early 80s. That allowed me to focus on the collecting all the Z and F grills. Which was much more satisfying. I had forgotten that the 164 was used. I have aways found it funny that my Scott Minuteman album …
-
Phil. It’s a slippery slope once you break the $100 barrier. From there $200, $300, $400 follow quickly then you start to look at $1000 as not that different. I have two of those.
-
So we can all agree that these are rare: 613, 594, 544, 314A, 164, 5. I think all told there are a total around 106 unused copies of all of these combined. I hope to see one of them someday. I will never own one
-
Wow. $10,000 to be considered rare. So even my holy grail of a 74 is not consider rare. Can I at least say it is expensive?
-
Enough of them is in reference to the others that I am missing. For example 140-144. They are rare.
-
Thanks Scott. I was not on the correct site.
-
Robert. I have an account at Siegel. But I can’t say that the site is easy to navigate. Can you give me a link to that action? I can’t find it.
-
Reasonable for these three would be under $1,000. Each. Unused. Back condition not as important as front centering.
-
Tobias I know the site and practice you mentioned. As you said. Great for sellers. Not so great for buyers. I stock with buy it now.
-
That is too funny. I have never thought of a foreign language as a problem or evidence of a site being hacked.
-
Bill there are laws against that. Without these laws we would not have the Internet as we know it today.
