Anybody know about this US stamp

I don't know if its me or Scott that missed something but this stamp listed has #3766 A2875 with Perf. 11 1/4 x 11 is nowhere to be found listed with Coil Vertical Perf. 11 ?
Do I need new glasses?

The perfs on top and bottom have been cut off.

Yes I thought so also, but the top and bottom margins seemed wide for a cut stamp.

Blow up the image an you can see the remaining parts of the perfs along both the top an bottom edges. bottom is more pronounced.
