I went to use the CONTACT US link, and got the following message regarding the link being a security risk:

Websites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for help.hipecommerce.com. The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.freshdesk.com, freshdesk.com

Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

I saw something similar regarding not trusted link when going to the help button yesterday in a Chrome browser
